Chris has over two decades of comprehensive experience in the construction industry. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Toronto, which has significantly contributed to developing his collaborative, strategic planning approach and appreciation for the technical side of construction. Chris’s ability to see the big picture and his strong leadership skills have enabled him to become a well-known and respected contractor in Victoria. Chris oversees all operations at Strong.

As the operations manager, Abbey takes care of the behind-the-scenes operations that make the on-site work look seamless. She brings a unique blend of real-world experience and professional education to our team. During your project, expect her to communicate job expectations, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure a safe site, and serve as the primary point of contact if there are issues. With Abbey, there’s no guesswork, so our clients know that when we’re done, we’ve done the job right.

Nat spent a decade “on the tools”—as a carpenter, lead hand, and site foreman—before concentrating his expertise in project management. He’s a familiar face on Strong job sites, where he oversees the details and the needs of partners and trades teams. It’s his walk-in-your-shoes approach that consultants and subcontractors appreciate. Clients respect Nat’s straightforward guidance and his drive to create beautiful spaces. We wouldn’t trade him for anything.
