Senior Project Coordinator

$70,000 – $100,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our construction team, handling both commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of project coordination, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
  • Manage and track project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Assist in procurement and coordination of materials and resources for each phase of construction.
  • Support the project manager in managing subcontractor performance, identifying risks, and resolving issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in both commercial and residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in construction or project management a plus.

Senior Bookkeeper

$60,000 – $80,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the financial reporting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Reconcile accounts, manage general ledgers, and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.
  • Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting to assist with decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role (5+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, and Excel).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.

Education:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant bookkeeping or accounting certifications a plus.
